Parsa Bayat

CEO/FOUNDER

Parsa holds a background in Business Administration and has been making significant strides in his career since 2018. He began his professional journey in residential, commercial, and government flooring sales, where he quickly distinguished himself by generating over $5,000,000 in sales. His exceptional performance earned him a promotion to Senior Sales Representative in 2021.

Motivated by a passion for the industry and an unwavering commitment to growth, Parsa transitioned into residential project management, strengthening his expertise in construction, operations, and client relations. 

Later in 2021, he shifted his focus toward developing and transforming his own business into a full-scale remodeling company specializing in the affordable housing sector.

Guided by core values such as Consistency, Thinking Big and Acting Small, KAZIN, and Respect, Parsa is actively shaping QCP1 into a leading General Contractor in the affordable renovation housing industry

He thrives on being the solution, and he leads by example—ensuring that every team member at QCP1 embraces the same dedication, focus, and standard of excellence.

Shawn Bayat

PRESIDENT

Shawn Bayat brings a dynamic and inspiring journey from Tehran, Iran, to his role as President of Quality Floors and Home. After moving to the United States in 1988, he initially pursued a degree as a medical laboratory technician. His path soon shifted toward business—an arena where his curiosity, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit flourished—ultimately leading him to earn an associate degree from Northern Virginia Community College.

This academic pivot opened the door to new passions, including soccer and hiking, and ignited a deeper hunger for knowledge. In 1989, with a $5,000 loan from his father, Shawn launched his first carpet company. Through persistence, discipline, and a solutions-oriented mindset, he grew the business to $18 million in sales by 2008, placing it 23rd in North America.

Guided by the belief that “life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond,” Shawn later ventured into the construction and flooring industry to support his son Parsa’s aspirations. Together, they established Quality Floors and Home, a company built on scalable systems, operational excellence, and a culture of empowerment.

Shawn’s leadership centers on cultivating cohesive, fully engaged teams—a source of genuine joy and the foundation of the company’s success. He envisions limitless growth for Quality Floors and Home, grounded in a philosophy that everyone involved, from employees to subcontractors, should feel ownership, purpose, and pride in their work.

Beyond business, Shawn’s vision reflects a deep commitment to service and impact. He owns the Inner Compass Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering cancer patients to become warriors on their healing journey—an effort inspired by his own experience as a cancer survivor. Further expanding his mission-driven work, Shawn is developing a longevity center in Costa Rica, aimed at helping others pursue longer, healthier, more meaningful lives.

Rooted in resilience, purpose, and a passion for building both businesses and people, Shawn continues to shape a legacy defined by excellence, empowerment, and service.

Younes MirYazdi

VICE-PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Younes MirYazdi, the Vice-President of Operations at Quality Floors and Home, LLC, brings a diverse and rich background to his leadership role within the company. Born in the historic city of Mashhad and raised in Tehran, Iran, Younes initially pursued his dual passions for technical fields and the culinary arts, displaying his versatility and eagerness to master varied skills. After earning an electronic associate degree, he ventured into the culinary world from 2006 to 2010, honing his craft in creating delectable dishes.

However, his career path took a pivotal turn towards the construction industry in 2014, starting as a site manager in an MEP company, where he developed a solid foundation in project management. Younes’s journey through the construction sector is marked by continuous growth, transitioning from roles in two flooring companies to a superintendent/PM in both residential and commercial flooring and construction until 2023. His vast experience across different facets of the industry culminated in a significant career milestone when Shawn offered him the opportunity to join Quality Floors and Home.After earning an electronic associate degree, he ventured into the culinary world from 2006 to 2010, honing his craft in creating delectable dishes.

Embracing this new challenge, Younes not only secured his master A license but also took on the vital role of Vice-President of Operations. Younes’s path from the culinary arts to construction management illustrates his adaptability, dedication, and the rich tapestry of experiences he brings to Quality Floors and Home, enhancing the company’s operations and leadership.

Regina Steins

ADMIN AND FINANCE

Regina Steins is the cornerstone of Admin and Finance at Quality Floors and Home, bringing an invaluable blend of dedication and expertise to the table. Hailing from the Philippines, Regina’s journey in finance began with earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Columban College, a testament to her dedication and hard work. Her career took a pivotal turn in 2022 when she ventured into the construction industry, a move that led her to join Quality in September of 2023. Regina finds great fulfillment in her role, especially appreciating the company’s core values, the trust and responsibility bestowed upon her, and the ample opportunities for growth both professionally and personally.

To contribute to this vision, she focuses on ensuring cost-effectiveness and maintaining accurate financial records, aiming to assist management in maximizing profit. Regina’s commitment to financial integrity and efficiency is pivotal in steering Quality towards its ambitious goals, making her an essential member of the team.

Regina is inspired by the owner’s vision and the cohesive and supportive team she works with. Looking ahead, Regina envisions Quality becoming the leading construction company on the East Coast, a goal she finds increasingly attainable given the company’s rapid progress.

Fabiana Noel Vargas

PROCUREMENT AND OPERATIONS

Fabiana Noel Vargas plays a crucial role at Quality Floors and Home, overseeing Procurement and Operations. Born and raised in the vibrant landscapes of Costa Rica, Fabiana brings a rich cultural background and a dynamic approach to her work. She pursued her higher education at the Universidad de Costa Rica, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2015, a foundation that has significantly contributed to her professional journey. Transitioning to the construction industry, Fabiana joined Quality in 2022, where she quickly became an integral part of the team.

What sets the job apart for her is the team’s cohesion and the job’s inherent flexibility, aligning closely with Quality’s core values—a reflection of owner Shawn’s life and principles.

Fabiana envisions the company expanding its footprint, aspiring to establish Quality as a construction leader not only on the East Coast but across the entire U.S. and opening a branch in Costa Rica. Fabiana is dedicated to refining the company’s strategy and procurement processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and contributing to Quality’s growth and success.

Tyler Rivera-Larque

Tyler Rivera-Larque serves as a Project Manager at Quality Floors and Home, offering a broad skill set and a deep passion for transformative projects. Born and raised in Santa Rosa, California, Tyler’s educational journey culminated in a degree from Sonoma State University in 2016, complemented by a diverse experience in trades ranging from painting to carpentry. His professional journey in the construction industry spans over seven years, with a specific focus on painting for four years before joining Quality, where he has been instrumental for two years. Tyler thrives on bringing teams together to execute projects that enhance the living spaces of clients, significantly improving their quality of life through thoughtful renovations and updates.

He finds great satisfaction in the collaborative process and the tangible outcomes of his team’s work. Looking to the future, Tyler envisions Quality Floors and Home growing to its fullest potential while steadfastly adhering to its core values of quality, respect, and customer satisfaction.

Jad Souki

MID ATLANTIC SALES CO-ORDINATOR

Jad Souki, the Head of Estimating, brings a unique blend of financial acumen and expertise in construction estimating to his leadership role.

Raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Jad initially pursued his passion for finance, earning a degree in Finance. His strong analytical skills led him to work in the financial industry, where he developed a keen understanding of budgeting, cost analysis, and risk management, all of which would later become instrumental in his transition to construction.

In 2013, Jad shifted his career focus to the construction sector, applying his financial expertise to the role of Estimator. His ability to integrate financial principles with the technical demands of construction made him a standout, as he quickly learned to produce precise and competitive cost estimates that aligned with both project goals and company budgets. This skill set led to his promotion to Head of Estimating, where he now oversees all estimating operations within the company. Jad is responsible for leading a team of estimators and ensuring that every bid is carefully crafted to meet the client’s requirements while maintaining profitability for the company. His finance background allows him to assess financial risks, manage project costs, and optimize resource allocation, which ensures that each project is both financially sound and successful. Jad’s leadership is marked by his commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and continuous process improvements in the estimating department.

Juan De Jesus Vidal

FOREMAN

Juan De Jesus Vidal serves as a Foreman at Quality, bringing with him a rich background and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Born in Mexico, Juan made his journey to the United States 20 years ago, diving into the construction industry immediately upon his arrival. His dedication and skillset have been integral to the team for approximately six years, notably working alongside Shawn Bayat, where he has demonstrated his expertise and leadership. Juan’s passion for his work is evident; he likens construction to a sport, a field where he continually excels and finds fulfillment. His love for the job encompasses all aspects of construction, driving him to deliver outstanding results in every project he undertakes. Juan’s vision for Quality is ambitious; he aspires for the company to reach its utmost potential, and is committed to being a key player in its journey to success.

Nelson Castellon

Nelson Castellon, a skilled Sub-contractor and Foreman at Quality Floors and Home brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role. Born and raised in San Miguel, El Salvador, Nelson moved to the United States in 1998 at the age of 26, immediately immersing himself in the construction industry by working for a painting company. His eight-year tenure there laid a strong foundation for his subsequent transition into home renovation and remodeling, fields in which he has thrived for over two decades. With 26 years of experience under his belt, Nelson’s enthusiasm for his work remains undiminished, encompassing a wide range of tasks from painting to electrical work, each project bringing him joy. His versatility and dedication to craftsmanship in every aspect of construction make him a vital asset to the team. Nelson envisions Quality evolving into a prestigious company, known for its exceptional work and customer satisfaction.

By excelling in his multifaceted role and ensuring client contentment through superior service, Nelson aims to contribute significantly to the company’s growth and reputation.
