Once we noticed the leak (water going down into the downstairs bathroom), Shawn came out immediately and made the first urgent repairs around the inside cabinet of the dishwasher. He was extremely helpful and supportive as I worked with our insurance company to file the claim. His design suggestions were instrumental in choosing the cabinets, quartz countertop and hardware. In addition, the company did a beautiful job replacing hardwood flooring that was damaged (they did the original installation of our hardwood flooring and did an excellent job at that time also). His workers arrived on time, always cleaned up after themselves, and the work was completed as promised.
